Key Information Documents (KID)

On 9 December 2014, the Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 November 2014 on Key Information Documents (KID) for Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (“PRIIPs  Regulation”) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The Regulation applies to both PRIIPs manufacturers and distributors. Manufacturers are required to prepare a KID  (Key Information Document) for each product defined as PRIIP. This document will be provided by distributors to retail investors. The main goal of the PRIIPs Regulation is to enhance investor protection standards for retail clients and increase transparency in the market, particularly with respect to sales and distribution. This is consistent with Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFID 2).

The purpose of Key (investor) Information Document “KID” (or “KIID”) is to inform retail investors about the nature and risks of the products offered by outlining of an investment product in a precise, factual and standardised document. In some cases, the KIDs include statistics on performance. Statistics or past performance is not a guarantee of future performance of the particular product you are considering.

Below you can find important documentation relating to your trading account(s) and each specific asset class that we offer.

Before proceeding to the KIDs, please refer to the full disclaimer and the general business terms. Should you have any questions about the KID documents or our general business terms, then please contact your client representative before trading.

Listed below are KID documents sourced from the manufacturer and or various exchanges that offer listed derivatives.
