In the rare occasion that a client remains unsatisfied with the financial services provided or withheld, ARGUS will make every effort to resolve the dispute.

You may submit your complaints in oral (by phone or in person) or in writing (by mail, email or fax).

Our priority and commitment is to handle any reasonable complaints made by a customer, whatever the subject matter of the complaint.
